So "SPECIAL"

My little brother Chris was in the special olympics last week. Can I just say that I look so forward to this all year long. I know he does too, he can't stop talking about it. It is just so fun to see them come to life, and do all that they can do, even if they don't even come close to winning. He took the gold in the shot put and was sooooo excited about it. They also took the gold in the 400m relay. But when it comes to him running on his own, he came in dead last. He could care less, he is there for the fans, and the fans only. He ran a slow jog and just waved and waved and blew kisses the entire time. He had the hugest smile the entire time. I love to see him when he feels like he is on top of the world. He's is literally SOOOO SPECIAL in our fam, we couldn't love him more.

Memorial Day

Usually we don't do much for Memorial Day, but this year Melinda invited us to a Memorial Day service that they were honoring Clayton at. They had made a memorial for he and Linder (the other guy who died with him). It turned out so awesome, and it is somewhere that people can go visit to honor them. It was a full afternoon of a service, and they even had a real apache there for the kids to sit on and look at. Its such a sad thing that happened to him, but good that they are still doing things to honor him almost 2 years later.

SPRING BREAK IN ST. GEORGE

This is what happens when you leave your 10 year old daughter in charge. He is going to kill me when he gets older. I just hope his Dad never sees this picture. I'll never hear the end of it. But we love having our Aspyn around to help out. She really is such a good sitter, I couldn't ask for better. Love ya sissy!

OUR SWEET GUYS BLESSING

Well, Renner is only almost 7 months old, so we thought we had better bless him before he started walking.... haha. The funny thing is, all 3 of my kids have been blessed that old, and also all at home. I cannot believe the happiness this kid has brought to our family. He is the best thing ever! We love him!

St. George

Last weekend we got to go down to St. George with my parents to my brothers condo. It was such a relaxing weekend ( besides the non stop fighting). Andy had a riding trip planned, so it was just the kids and I, but it ended up being so much fun. Plus, the weather was awesome!!!!

Renner 6 Weeks

Football Banquet

We had the chance to go to Ronin's football banquet the other night. He was so excited to go this year, last year he had to miss it because he was just getting out of the hospital for his dog bite. He had so much fun rough housing with his buddies and eating at Brick Oven. It turned out super good, and we are glad to have the evenings back with no practice. What a busy sport, but he is definitely our little athlete!!

Womens Expo

Aspyn and I went up to the Womens Expo last week. She loves having a special day with me without her brother. My Mom and some of her cousins met us up there to hang out. They were loving every minute of it.

My Little Spooks~

I know, I am always a day late and a dollar short! Here are some Halloween pix, I figured I might as well post them. Aspyn was a Monster Bride this year. Whatever that is, she just found it online and loved it! Ronin wanted to be a gangster, but of course he would not even wear half of his costume because it was not cool enough. And of course, little Renner was a pumpkin! What else can you be when you are only 6lbs.

If your wondering why I'm the only one not dressed up in the group picture, it's not because I'm Debbie Downer, it's because I was not planning on being there since I was supposed to have my baby 3 days before the party. Since I had him 2 weeks before, I thought I better try to get there. Since I was so unsure if I was going to go, I did not plan a costume, but boy was I glad I went!!PAAARRRTTTYYY!!! Thanks for the fun night Lid!

Tribute to "CLAY"

I'm a little late on this post, but these pix turned out so good I wanted to make sure I posted them. On the one year anniversary of when Clay died in August, Melinda had a bbq in rememberence of Clay. It turned out so good, and everyone shared stories of Clay for her to record for her kids.She had these awsome shirts made with the dog on it for all the guys to wear. Right after Clay died, all the guys decided to get a tattoo of a dog that Clay had drawn before he died. Everyone ended up getting the same tattoo in the same spot. It has his birthdate and his death date on it, and his initials CSB. They turned out so awsome, and Andy put it above his sisters initials on his side. So now my kids think that we only can get tattoos when someone we know or love dies. Ha, explain that one?
